 Church also don’t say how to study bible
 Now This generation all are educated and they can read bible
 But don’t know how to study meaningfully and systematic
 If you not read the Bible in your life you will not have proper life
 Without reading bible you cant understand the lord
 Cant grow in lord
 And get blessing from lord

 When you start reading bible we have to start with prayer

 Before you start reading bible you need to pray lord open my spiritual eyes , lord
speak through your word
 Why do I start with prayer ?
 Because this bible written by inspiration of holy sprit

 We can only understand the word of God only by Holy spirit because it is written by

*When you studying bible ask yourself five questions
*Question no :1 In this particular passage or story is there written about God . It may
about God , son and Holy spirit ?
*What told about God in this passage
*God so loved the world it meance God loves people so much
*For he loved the people so he gave his son
*Who will love the lord he give everlasting life
*Who ever believe him
*Who will not believe him they will perish
*God loves Man
*So he gave his son
*For whoever believe him not perish but everlasting life
*Who will not believe they will perish

*We need search is there any nature of God is written
*Its here God is love
*We need to glorify God
*Because he loved us he gave son
*Thank God for giving your son
*2 Question Is there any thing written about Man ?
*Is there any responsible for man?
*God love Man
*Man loved by God
*Who will Love him get everlasting life
*Who don’t believe he will not everlasting life

*3 Question : Is there anything written about sin ?
*Direct or indirect
*Don’t murder , don’t commit adulatory is indirect
*John 3:16 Don’t believe is sin
*Who ever not believe will perish
*4 Question : Is There any promise so I can take ?
*So people do big mistake i.e. only searching about promises
*Bible contain more than 7000 promises
*Messianic promises ( about Jesus Christ)
*End time promises
*For Israel Jewish promises
*General promises
*Some promises all ready fulfilled some to happen
*Every promise behind there is Condition

*Condition is only believe than only everlasting life
*People only searching for promises
*People only study promises
*Every promises behind there is condition
*People will have in church yearly promises , monthly promises
*Don’t in future may be come daily promises , hourly promises, minute promises
and second promises
*In church some believer they remain same no changes in them
*Some people will have promises frame in their home
*That is very Good to put frame of word of God
*When you by a mobile they apply conditions
*When you doing bible study you have to ask these questions

*5 Question : is there any command to follow me ?
*Is there command than follow the word of God
*6 Question : You need to take the answer for 5 questions and pray
*Confess and pray your life change
*Some people say that while studying the word of God Disturbing thought comes in
mind than just read loudly
*God loves me if I believe him , he give me everlasting life
*Thank God for his nature , confess and take the promise live accordingly
*In Bible two types of situations
*Written as it was
*Some time you not understand use commentary
*Don’t search in Google because you don’t know from which background he came and
explain

*Some time you not understand word of God than it is good to ask pastor
*You need to ask who knows the word of God details
*He must expert in studying word of God and he must study under his
mentor
*Topical Bible study
*Faith search entire bible about faith
*Chapter after chapter and book after book i.e. Genesis – Exodus
*Bible study Biographically
*Bible study i.e. Abraham and Joseph

*Systematic Bible Study
*About salvation , Righteousness and repentance
*Take verse and split into word and study
*i.e. God so loved the world
*Study word by By God , love and world
*Study daily 3 chapters a day
*On Sunday you read 5 chapters than in 1 year you complete bible

*If you are beginner start study from new testament i.e. Gospels first
i.e. Matthew , Mark , Luke And John
*So read new testament first instead if you read old testament you will
not understand clearly so study first new testament and read old
testament
*Because Old testament is shadow of New testament
*Many people read simply but Ask these 5 questions than you will
learn and understand
*If possible start by commentary ,spiritual books.

Bible is not news paper
To understand the bible we need holy spirit
If we understand word of God how ever it is , than only we can
understand lord, love him and do will of God
Many people building their future life with wrong understanding
and misinterpretation of bible
People trying to understand by their own knowledge logically and
carnality

Why people not understanding Bible ?
Because of their way of salvation
Many believer not experience the real salvation
Salvation Experience mean when a person feel guilt about his sin
and confessing all sin and turn his heart to Jesus
Many people comes to church no experience of salvation
When salvation of your life deliverance from sin ,
unrighteousness , holy spirit dwells in you he will teach you word
of God
Its impossible to understand word of God without help of Holy
spirit

*After salvation Only holy sprit dwells in you he can teach you
word of God
*Without giving your heart to God , still doing your bible study
no use
*Only if you have experience of salvation than only Holy spirit
teach you
*Give your heart to lord and tell him to come in your heart
*Why Bible is not understanding ?
*Because of denomination background
*34000 denominations more than that
*What is denomination : a person choosing truth from bible its
great and preaching to group is called denomination

*Different denominations
*Pentecost – They believe in Holy spirit
*Protestant – they too believe in Holy spirit
*CSI ( Church of south Indians ) : they believe different
*Baptist : They too believe in different way
*CSI and Pentecost background people how they grown in there
church they will be like that they can search in bible
*Many people today go to church but they don’t know how to
understand bible
*Its very important to understand word of God

*When I had encounter with Jesus God teach me word of God
*I not belongs to any denomination – I belongs to Jesus
*My church is not belongs to any denomination – we belongs to

*Our teaching is not belongs to denomination – only belongs to
Jesus
*We lift up the word of God

*Why people not understand Bible ?
*Because they depend upon mood
*No one teaching in Church how to understand bible
*Today many churches are people go but people not getting
how to study and understand Bible
*Why people are not understanding word of God ?
*By holy spirit filled people and lead by the holy spirit are less
people
*Many believers not filled by holy spirit and lead by Holy spirit
*They understand the word of God on their own

*6Th point They have not proper guide/ Mentor
*Now days churches teach God will give you prosperity and do miracles so new
people are understand this only the word of God
*Early churches are teaching new believers foundations of teaching
*They tell and teach to people by inspiration of holy spirit only
*7th Point people wants to understand word of God everything on single day
*8th point :So without passion for lord and knowledge of word of God they lead
their life in destruction
*Many people understand that knows little word of God they feel I understand
everything and know the Bible From Genesis and Revelation

*9th point : Many people don’t know the knowledge of about Bible and Education in Bible
*For example if 6 th passed man comes to church the pastor say him if you have to know
about word of God take some commentary and search in Google
*10th point Don’t have the clarity to understand the word of God , they want religiously
*So when you understand the word of God clearly than only possible to understand lord ,
possible to live for lord clearly
*Possible to walk in his foot steps clearly
*Possible to fulfil God’s will
*Possible to worship lord
*Possible to grow in lord
Otherwise every thing is waste

*How we can understand Bible clearly and truly
*2 Timothy 3:16-17 ESV ‘’ All Scripture is breathed out by God and
profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training
in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped
for every good work’’.
*2 ತ್ತಮೊಥೆಯನಿಗೆ 3:15-17 ‘’ ಆ ಗರಂರ್ಗಳು ಕಿರಸ್ತ ಯೇಸ್ುವಿನಲ್ಲಲರುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯ ಮೂಲ್ಕ್
ರಕ್ಷಣೆಹೊಂದಿಸ್ುವ ಜ್ಞಾನವನುು ಕೊಡುವದಕೆಕ ಶಕ್ತವಾಗಿವೆ. ದೆೈವಪ್ೆರೇರಿತವಾದ
ಪ್ರತ್ತಯಂದು ಶಾಸ್ರವು ಉಪ್ದೆೇಶಕ್ೂಕ ಖಂಡನೆಗೂ ತ್ತದುಾಪ್ಾಟ್ಟಗೂ ನಿೇತ್ತಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೂ
ಉಪ್ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಿಂದ ದೆೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಪ್ರವಿೇಣ್ನಾಗಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಲ್ಸ್ತಾಕಯಥಕೆಕ
ಸ್ನುದಧನಾಗುವನು.’’

*1 Corinthians 10:1-13 ESV ‘’ For I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that our
fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea, and all were
baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, and all ate the same spiritual food,
and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank from the spiritual Rock that
followed them, and the Rock was Christ. Nevertheless, with most of them God was not
pleased, for they were overthrown in the wilderness. Now these things took place as
examples for us, that we might not desire evil as they did. Do not be idolaters as some
of them were; as it is written, “The people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to

*1 ಕೆೊರಿಂಥದವರಗೆ 10:10-13 ‘’ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಲ ಕೆಲ್ವರು ಗುಣ್ುಗುಟ್ಟು ಸ್ಂಹಾರಕ್ನ ಕೆೈಯಿಂದ
ನಾಶವಾದರು; ನಿೇವು ಗುಣ್ುಗುಟುಬೆೇಡಿರಿ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಂಭವಿಸಿದ ಈ ಸ್ಂಗತ್ತಗಳು ನಿದಶಥನರೂಪ್ವಾಗಿವೆ; ಮತುತ

ಬರಗೊಡಿಸ್ದೆ ನಿೇವು ಅದನುು ಸ್ಹಿಸ್ುವದಕೆಕ ಶಕ್ತರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಶೊೇಧನೆಯಾಗುತತಲೆೇ ತಪ್ಿಸಿಕೊಳುಳವ

*Acts 2:38 ESV ‘’ And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of
you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will
receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’’
