 In this project I studied the whole process of training and development with the help of Performance
Management sheets of employees.
 It provided extensive knowledge about training and development process of the company by interacting
with executives and attending seminars of the organisation.
 With the help of this project the organisation concentrated on training to their employees which resulted
for more positive attitudes towards profit orientation which automatically improved the job knowledge and
skills at all levels of the organisation.
 This project of training and development helped the employees of organisation to foster authenticity,
