potential delivery delays and working with carriers to improve their procedures specific to Peet s.

Managed a team of 15 people in the following areas: Supply Chain, Production Scheduling, Purchasing,
Inventory Control, and Shipping/Receiving/Warehousing (Distribution).
Responsible for all Supply Chain functions, including: all production planning activities; raw material,
packaging, and finished goods inventories; customer service levels, and improving overall efficiency in
Supply Chain and Distribution.
