Introduction:
I have always had an interest towards science. After acknowledging that my career plans within the field of
graphic press printing were coming to a hault because of stagnation in the field, I was looking for another
branch, one that ideally could satisfy my curiosity and interest to science. It was not hard to choose the field
of laboratory technique. I am highly technically and IT proficient, and in the lab I excel particularly in
apparatus technique.

Worked with chemical analysis of food samples.
Specifically on UHPLC, UV-VIS and fluorescent spectrometry and ESR, as well as titrations, pH-
measurements, water activity reading, colour measurements etc.
Acted as assisting lab technician in labs and in practical classes.
Graduation Project: Quantification of FAN in beer – performed on spectrometer.

Personal Background:
Born in 1979 in Roskilde where I was raised. Growing up with a mother who is a lawyer and a father who is
a marine engineer, meaning that both academic language and the smell of motor oil has contributed to my
personality. Moved to Copenhagen in 2004 with my girlfriend, Lisbeth, with whom I have two boys, Ask and
Roar. Lives in a low energy town house in the precinct of Østerbro.
