3. Get into a zone of
concentration with a focus
only on the starter.
Distractions
ignored.

4. Steady start.
Grab and keep
feet solid.

5. Streamline in the air.
Wrists together before entry
into the water.

6. Kick, swim, breath later.
Perfect does not need to be fast.

7. Head Straight In
Red Zones.
Hold breath before and after turn.

8. Final breath
before the flags.

9. Touch under the surface in the
middle of lane.
One arm forward, other back,
twisting on your side.

10. Show a sign of emotion.

11. Perfect 50:
Be ready.
Focus on starter.
Dive after beep.
Streamline in air.
No red zone breathing.
Touch on side, on "T," under water.
Celebrate finish.
