The demand for a mobile Pinterest application was
especially high among Android users.
The free Android application is engineered to work on a
vast array of Android devices ranging from tablets to
smartphones.
This application is available to Android users in the Google
Play Store and the Android Appstore.
Like the desktop site, the interface of the Android mobile
application is comprised of tiled images.
iPad:
The mobile Pinterest iPad application is comprised of many
user-friendly features.
The new interface touches also make the Pinterest app
time-efficient.
Users can access the list of categories on Pinterest and
their respective pins and boards, all depending on which
direction they swipe on the iPad.
iPad application also offers an embedded browser.
iPhone:
The developers of Pinterest also revamped the mobile
application on the iPhone, allowing users to view two
columns of pins.
