 In-charge for Bid packages, preparation of MEP, LIFT, and Security System.
 Responsible for the technical analysis in support of Commercial Department for any additional works and
variations related to MEP.
 Preparation of Schedule of Attendance and Division of Responsibility (DOR) matrices apply to specialized
trades/Subcontractors.
 Technical reviews of all MEP received subcontractors’ and specialist consultants’ quotations, and reconcile
inclusions, qualifications and exclusions.
 To review all MEP and related RFI’s from Subcontractors prior to send to Consultant.
