COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
SAFETY STATEMENT
• It is the intent of Techmar Industries, LLC. to provide a safe work
environment for all our workers and the wellness of our people,
families and communities. We embrace healthy habits and
behaviors, as well as follow regulations set in place by our local
government. It is also our intent to properly manage any incidents
that occur so as to minimize injury and other forms of loss. A well-
managed workplace safety program can benefit our company in
countless ways. In order for Techmar Industries, LLC. to achieve
our goals, we have developed a safety program outlining our
policies and procedures regarding employee health and safety.
Each and every individual must become familiar with the
program, follow and enforce the procedures, and become an
active participant in this workplace safety program.
• While management (workplace safety coordinator and safety
committee) will be responsible for developing and organizing this
program, its success will depend on the involvement of each

illness prevention on the part of supervisors and employees. It

METHODS AND STANDARDS
To maintain the high standards, Techmar
Industries, LLC utilizes several modern welding
techniques, including manual methods as well as
semi-automatic.
METHODS
• Carbon arc/Gouging
• Flux cored arc (FCAW)
• Gas metal arc- MIG (GMAW)
• Gas tungsten arc- TIG, (GTAW)
We have AWS Certified and Quality Assurance
personnel on-site to maintain our standards.

• ASME (American Society of Mechanical
Engineers) Section IX API Q1 10
SHOP SIZING AND CAPABILITIES
Within the over 56,000
square foot facility there
is ample room for our
machine shop, including
an area reserved for large
equipment. The 540-foot
long structure have
overhead cranes with
lifting capacity of 60,000
lbs. which can service the
entire length and width
of the structure. Our
shop doors expand
throughout which allow
access space of up to 20
feet by 24 feet.

FABRICATION SERVICES
CUTTING AND BURNING
We are capable of handling raw material to be cut
to size cutting with various methods of Shearing;
Cutting torches, CNC high definition plasma cutting
up to 400 amps and 6-axis CNC Beam/Pipe Profiler.
Our state-of-the-art, high tech, Robotic Plasma
Cutting/Beam
These specialized cutting tools offer cost efficiency
in time saving results and the highest quality
output.

FABRICATION SERVICES
METAL FORMING (ROLLING, BENDING, AND
SHEARING)
Hydraulic brake presses with v-dies are the most
common method of forming metal. Tube bending
machines have specially shaped dies and mandrels
to bend tubular sections without kinking them.
Rolling machines are used to form plate steel into a
round section.

FITTING AND WELDING
With the quality standards employed in our
projects, we take pride in the accuracy of our
work. Our formed and machined parts will be
assembled and welded into place then re-
checked for accuracy. Our team of highly skilled
welders use every technique to assure quality
output.

MACHINING SERVICES
MACHINING
We have full machining services complete with
lathes, milling machines, drill presses, magnetic
based drills along with other portable metal
working tools. Along with conventional machine
tools our machine shop is outfitted with the latest
CNC machining plus the traditional machining
processes, such as turning, boring, drilling, milling,
broaching, sawing, shaping, planning, reaming, and
tapping, and grinding. Our machine shop services
offer specialized machining jobs or are a
compliment to full fabrication projects.

SUB AND FINAL ASSEMBLY
Whether electrical harnesses, wired control
boxes, or more, we handle additional
manufacturing specified assembly. Our in-
house service includes taking fabricated parts,
mechanical and electrical components,
electrical harnesses, wired control boxes, and
more and providing a customer with sub-
assemblies or final assemblies. We can test
after assembly to validate the process.

  • 11. SHOP SIZING AND CAPABILITIES Within the over 56,000 square foot facility there is ample room for our machine shop, including an area reserved for large equipment. The 540-foot long structure have overhead cranes with lifting capacity of 60,000 lbs. which can service the entire length and width of the structure. Our shop doors expand throughout which allow access space of up to 20 feet by 24 feet. 11

FABRICATION SERVICES CUTTING AND BURNING We are capable of handling raw material to be cut to size cutting with various methods of Shearing; Cutting torches, CNC high definition plasma cutting up to 400 amps and 6-axis CNC Beam/Pipe Profiler. Our state-of-the-art, high tech, Robotic Plasma Cutting/Beam These specialized cutting tools offer cost efficiency in time saving results and the highest quality output. 12
  • 13. FABRICATION SERVICES METAL FORMING (ROLLING, BENDING, AND SHEARING) Hydraulic brake presses with v-dies are the most common method of forming metal. Tube bending machines have specially shaped dies and mandrels to bend tubular sections without kinking them. Rolling machines are used to form plate steel into a round section. 13

Our formed and machined parts will be assembled and welded into place then re- checked for accuracy. Our team of highly skilled welders use every technique to assure quality output. 14
  • 15. MACHINING SERVICES MACHINING We have full machining services complete with lathes, milling machines, drill presses, magnetic based drills along with other portable metal working tools. Along with conventional machine tools our machine shop is outfitted with the latest CNC machining plus the traditional machining processes, such as turning, boring, drilling, milling, broaching, sawing, shaping, planning, reaming, and tapping, and grinding. Our machine shop services offer specialized machining jobs or are a compliment to full fabrication projects. 15
  • 16. MACHINING SERVICES SUB AND FINAL ASSEMBLY Whether electrical harnesses, wired control boxes, or more, we handle additional manufacturing specified assembly. Our in- house service includes taking fabricated parts, mechanical and electrical components, electrical harnesses, wired control boxes, and more and providing a customer with sub- assemblies or final assemblies. We can test after assembly to validate the process. 16
