PepsiCo’s global Talent Acquisition team recently developed a robust, first-of-kind Careers mobile application for iPad, iPhone and Android devices in the U.S. called “Possibilities…” as a way to better engage with potential talent. Video content and feeds to social media channels invite job seekers to learn about the people and culture of PepsiCo and inspire them to explore the possibilities of a career at PepsiCo. “The app does more than just post jobs. It takes a new approach to demonstrate that we have people at PepsiCo, and we want to share what their lives are like,” said Chris Hoyt, Talent Engagement and Marketing leader - PepsiCo. “The app aims to capture and convey the excitement of being part of a dynamic, diverse, global company with powerful brands and top talent.” A sleek design interface, interactive maps and geo-location job search functionality that automatically identifies jobs near a user’s current location are just some of the features that make the “Possibilities…” application unique. The app also allows users to connect with PepsiCo’s global Talent Acquisition teams on Twitter at @PepsiCoJOBS and engage in meaningful conversations about PepsiCo as a place to work.
