Reena Dayal is an Author, Leadership Coach, Mentor and Trainer, with a track record of 23 years working
as a global HR leader in the Hospitality, Technology, Insurance and Health sectors.
Recognising the demands and challenges faced by senior leaders and building on her personal experiences
and passion for Accelerated Leadership development, Reena founded The Collaborators; a company that
draws the best elements of Coaching, Mentoring and Consulting for Corporate leaders, Startups, Entrepreneurs
and teams.
Prior to this, she operated as an HR Director, Organisation Development specialist and Leadership trainer;
working directly with CEOs, business leaders and high potential talent across 26 countries.
Reena is a fully Certified Professional Coach, and experienced trainer having trained over 300 Leaders.
She has coached and mentored clients in Aviva, Oxfam, IBM, Abbott as well as Start Up entrepreneurs &
NGOs in India, UK, Europe and Africa. She is also a Mentor for the Cherie Blaire Foundation for Women
and The Aspire Foundation.
In her free time, Reena spends time with her family and friends, travelling, cooking and painting. She pursues
hobbies in Indian Jewellery making and Dress making with Indian fabric. She is also an amateur astronomer.
