Temporary I is forced
to disappear through a

expansion. Our being
enters a state of pure
consciousness that

there is no experience.

Dissolving the Temporary I (DTI)
17. Moving to the Heart (MH) is a simple
protocol for creating a desired content of
the mind.
This technique is mostly suitable for
methods aiming at achieving goals.
The Heart is the source of our individual
reality.
Therefore, if we move our Temporary I into
the Heart and merge with it, a content of
mind which we had been experiencing
through the Temporary I will now gain true
strength and foundation

18. Moving to the Heart (MH)
•Visualize and feel the desired content of your
experience.1
•Find the vantage point of the Temporary I from which
you are experiencing the content.2
•Move that Temporary I to the Heart. Let it sink naturally,
deeply into your Heart. Leave it there.3
•Notice this same content from its new point of view,
feeling as a person who now perceives the content. Tell
yourself: “I am the one who is experiencing this mind
content,” and feel from your Heart this new identity.

•Stay in this state of experiencing the desired identity and
mind content from the Heart for at least 10 to 20 seconds.5

23. Every challenge in
life, every
unpleasant or
painful
experience, every
personal trait has
a divine root.
Original state of
every entity is
Happiness, which
manifests as
either Peace,
Love or Joy.
When the being is
confronted with a
non-perfect
environment, it tries
to acclimate to the
new surroundings,
through this process
- Chain of Goals.
It also forms
beliefs which
limit the being’s
perception of the
world around it.
This skewed
perception and
beliefs create a new,
more challenging
environment, which
in turn induce even
more limiting
beliefs.
As a result, ever
more
challenging
circumstances
develop around
the individual.
24. During the IT process, by going up the chain of goals of
the parts, you reintegrating them. Eventually, they may
merge together and thus end the process, or remain
separate, but have been brought up to their highest
states of being, either way having been reintegrated
into the unity of your being.

Inner Triangle (IT) Technique
27. •Similar to meditation, it is preferable to sit up straight, eyes
closed. If you are lying on a bed, open your eyes in order to not
fall asleep.1
•Focus on your breath. Slowly and deeply inhale through your
nose, feeling the breath as it moves down to your abdomen.
Reverse the process as you exhale through your mouth. Do this
for 1 or 2 minutes.

•Mentally scan your body. Notice how your body feels, starting
at your toes and going up to your head, including the face.
Slowly move your attention over all the parts of your body, one
by one. Become aware of all places and body parts in which you
feel tension, together with accompanying sensations.

•For every tense place pay close attention to your I-feeling (or
Temporary I) from which you are experiencing that sensation
and do the DTI technique.4RtR releases huge amounts of tension, stress, anxiety
and removes many layers of various inner obstacles.

42. Stick to praying to your Supreme, benevolent
Being, whichever one you adhere to.
Be completely honest in the prayer and with
yourself.
Keep your wording minimalistic, all the while filling
your Heart with pure intention, without any
attachment.
Just be in the Presence, centered in the Heart, and
filled with clean, honest intention supplemented
by a few words or sentences.
He may or may not help us, we must trust that He
will do what is best for us.
In praying to God, we strengthen our connection
with Him, after all.
We simply have to be completely honest in that
deed. Our prayers must originate from our hearts,
and be motivated by truth and love.

43. If you want to heal other people, the answer is simple: grow Love within
your Heart, express it, and you will be healing yourself and the people
around you in the best way.
How can you wake up Love in your Heart? For example, imagine that a little
child, is approaching you. It’s smiling innocently at you, wobbling in its
walking. It’s so cute, with bright, smiling eyes staring at you. The child is
giggling with its sweet voice, telling you “I love you!” You are embracing it
with warmth.
When you open your Heart, let Love fill you completely. Extend it also to
yourself. Feel that you deserve the deepest Joy and Happiness. Wish
yourself all the best. Love all parts of your being; love the body, your life,
past, present and future, anything that comes to your mind.
Let Love amplify and expand to encompass all people around you - your
family, children, spouse, parents, friends, colleagues; your job, errands and
annoying things; love your enemies, too. Extend your Love to all humanity
an to all living beings, to Earth, the entire Universe, the entire Existence.
Love is miraculous. It can potentially heal, harmonize and mature
everything. Try not to expect healing, but love yourself and all beings
around you. If the healing should come, it will come, to both you and
inevitably those around you. Something wonderful will surely happen,

44. Feel your Temporary I at this moment. Do the DTI.
You will find yourself in a state of pure
consciousness, the Presence. Stay in that state for
roughly ten to fifteen seconds.
Softly bring the unpleasant feeling or bodily
sensations produced by the disease into that
Presence. Be that Presence, while gently
experiencing the issue. Envelop that issue with
your Presence.
It is important to have both the Presence and the
issue together, simultaneously. Keep that
‘togetherness’ as long as possible, until the issue
completely disappears, or at least your
unpleasant ‘gut feeling’ related to the issue,
vanishes.
When the unpleasant feelings completely
disappear or at least significantly weaken, do the
MH technique. The announcement: “I am a
person who is completely relieved, comfortable
and healthy.”www.re-integration.com
46. Use the MMT to determine the cause of illness and/or ill part of your
body.
Do the DTI+ on that body part and the unpleasant feeling of it first,
with the MH phrase “I feel that this body part (state its
name/location) is healthy.”
Do the DTI+ on the general symptoms of the disease and the overall
unpleasant feeling or pain, with the MH phrase “I feel relieved,
comfortable and completely healthy.”
Go over all negative beliefs, traumas, fears, guilt feelings, etc., and try
to determine what could be the concrete inner cause of that illness.
Go over each personality element and check it with the MMT. While
doing the MMT, state: “This personality element (state its name) is
the cause of the illness.” If that statement shows as true, then you
have the cause.
You have the Inner Triangle, Simplified Inner Triangle, Single Chain or
Double Chain at your disposal to remove the inner cause of the
illness.

47. Forgiveness through denial that the
negative deeds have been committed
at all, as everything is illusion – often
futile approach
Forgiveness with mind – awareness
that the person was taught by
miserable circumstances or ignorant
people that those kinds of deeds were
helpful to gain some satisfaction –
slow and ineffective approach
Forgiveness from the Heart – loving-
kindness meditation will grow love
toward the person, from which stems
true forgiveness – the most effective
approach
There are three levels of forgiveness:
49. General goal structure is a vague picture or feeling about the
desired state, but with a clear intention toward it. This type of goal
has some advantages: it is easier to find a specific way to achieve
the desired state, because there are many more possible
combinations for successful achievement.
Detailed goal structure has a much narrower target area. You
define almost everything, coming up with a precise picture that
you’re able to visualize, precise feelings that you need to generate,
wording, schedule, date of achievement, even ways, means or
methods you have to use in order to achieve it.
In the detailed goal structure, the number of possible ways of
attainment has been significantly reduced—perhaps even to only
one, in this case. Still, while this may be a pretty certain way, you
will have to invest big amounts of time and energy in this practice.
Moreover, this structure is often inconsistent with what is good for
us in the long run.
Nevertheless, this is often pretty effective methodology just
because it prevents the expression of fear of the unknown, thanks
to the fact that the target state is precisely determined.
