simultaneous VIPViewing Parties across cities and time zones.
 We deploy aTrained professional event team in custom attire. One
event producer, one event director, and one team leader per station
for every 50 guests.Total event team for 300 guests = 8 people.
 Securing permissions from theater management for Sponsor staging
areas at the entrance to the theater and auditorium, multiple staging
areas within the auditorium for a custom step & repeat,VIP gifting,
sampling, demonstrations, presentations / on-site activations.
 Securing the use of movie theater assets such as extra folding tables,
folding chairs, tablecloths, display easels, and/or microphone. Assets
are limited and vary per theater.
 We secure theater auditorium rental & seat purchases.

email on their cell phone. Our ticketing system offers the
latest encrypted technology and is guest/user friendly.
Registration phone support is offered 24/7 and handled by
live EventBrite staff.
 Logistics and trafficking of all non-Sponsor deliverables.
 Professional photographer/videographer for photos at the
step & repeat station and throughout the event. Guests may
have photos of themselves or groups. Photos and video
footage available with full rights for usage by Sponsor, all
guests, and any entity attached to the event.

Our event planners are professionals trained to manage corporate events. They can
serve as brand ambassadors and interact with guests to deliver your messaging or
assist with sign-ups on iPads or smart phones to grow your customer base.
Promotional posters are used for event signage to guide guests. They
also can be given as a door prize at the close of the event.VIP gift
bags come in every shape and variety. Gift bag swag can include
custom printed gifts, gift certificates, custom t-shirts, signed
memorabilia, or in-kind samples and gifts from local and national
brand sponsors.
The Red Carpet experience is an event favorite. Guests share photos on social media
and enjoy theA-list celebrity treatment.
