offshore gas platforms, Mumbai with Kerala State Electronics Corporation(KELTRON) Ltd.
Responsibilities
■Supervises, monitors and control of Process platforms having production capacity- (oil-23000 BOPD,
GAS- 30 mmscmd, condensate-4500 m3/day)
■Start up and maintenance of Process Gas Compressors, Gas Turbine Generators and condensate pumps
Process Gas Compressor(PGC)-Siemens, Solar Turbines
Gas Turbine Generator (TG)-Nuovo pignone-GE capacity of 10MW
■Calibration, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance of all kinds of FF & HART field
instruments, transmitters (Pressure, Temperature, DPT, level, ILT, MVT), switches (Pressure,
Temperature, Level), controllers, Flow meters (Turbine, Orifice, Coriolis, Magnetic), Analyzers
(Moisture, O2, Oil in water, dew point), Control valves, actuators, and shutdown/blow down valves in
the process platform. And also includes operation and maintenance of 12 unmanned well platform’s
SDP, RTU panels and transmitters. Monitoring of Bentley Nevada 3500 vibration System
■Trouble shooting, calibration and annual maintenance of all Fire and Gas (F&G) system. This consists of
all Detectors(HC, H2S, HYDROGEN, UV FLAME, SMOKE And HEAT), F&G panels, Deluge Valves of fire
line, Auto Fire water pumps, CO2/Halon extinguishing system, Fire alarms, ESD/FSD pulling stations
and fusible FSD loops
■Participated in the project of Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of 5 unmanned well platforms.
That is testing of SDP 100/300, GDS, RTU panels, Test separators, HIPPS valves, flow meters (Coriolis,
Micro motion), Transmitters, Pneumatic PID, LIC, Control Valves, and Shutdown Valves etc.
■Experience in maintenance of CIRMAC PSA (molecular-sieves) nitrogen generators and PEERLESS
AUSTRALIA Seawater Lift(SWL) and Firewater Pump(FWP) for Platforms

2. ■Involved in Turnaround Project of ONGC’s two Process Platforms. That involves revamping of all existing
instruments, valves, flow meters, machinery units, impulse lines, DCS and PLC side by new one. And
also added additional safety and new process systems to improve production
■Monitors and controls the activities of all plants through the DCS and SCADA
■Experience in Honeywell TPS R660, Experion R301/210,C200, FSC(F&G, ESD) DCS package and all loop
modification and implementation works in DCS
■Experience in Various PLC packages from AB, Siemens Simatic S5,GE Fanuc 90-70
■All maintenance procedures are documented in Maintenance management system(SAP)
■Familiar with P&IDs, Instrument Loop diagram, Logic diagram based on Boolean, functional blocks,
calculations and Specifications, Location Drawing, Instrument Hook up Drawing, Orientation Drawing,
Cable Schedule, JB Schedule, Marshalling Cabinets & Inter Connection Details and all Vendor & IFC

■Must be capable of assisting in QA / QC / HSE compliance audits on site procedures and HSE Plans
