Richard DeNapoli is a licensed Attorney, Certified Financial Planner (TM), Realtor(R), Mortgage Broker, and Notary in Florida. He has a BA from New York University, a law degree from Fordham University School of Law, and Masters of Law in Estate Planning (LL.M.) from the University of Miami. He was appointed as a Florida Real Estate Commissioner in 2007, was unanimously elected as the Commission's Chairman from 2010-2011, and served two terms on the Commission through December 2013.
