Titus Hi-Lo Screw
Titus System 1 is a series of Hi-Lo dual thread screw. The funnel head design is available in pozi or hex drive. The case
hardened Hi-Lo screw thread features a taller 30° pitch giving increased surface area, as well as a conventional 60° thread
in parallel for a material wedge effect. The shank has a smaller diameter than a than a similar sized traditional screw. Bor-
ing requirements are smaller, leaving more material in the board for greater bursting strength. Threading is sharper with
better bite than conventional screws and pull-out resistance is dramatically higher. Hi-Lo screws are designed for a variety
of applications in panel construction using particle board, MDF, and other manufactured panel products, where higher hold-
ing power for critical strength construction is required. Total installed cost is lower because of faster threading and fewer
tear-out defects during assembly. Common applications are case goods, kitchen cabinets, store fixtures, juvenile furniture,

Made from polyethylene plastic, stretch wrap is generally used to hold boxes on a pallet for transport,
protect material deliveries, and securing materials. Stretch wrap is pulled around the load and stretched.
The plastic has a memory and wants to return to its original size.
Stretch wrap is “center-folded”, that is the film is folded over itself to
form two layers, the product is then inserted between the two layers
and sealed on the remaining three sides, then shrunk by heat. This
“elastic band effect” holds the load tight. Our stretch wrap comes in 5”
and 18” lengths, with 1,000’ and 1,500’ on a roll respectively. The 5” is
packed 12 per box, and the 18” is packed 4 per box. Available in any

Developed by a cabinetmaker, FastCap is a
self-adhesive cover for screw, nail, or line
boring holes. FastCap does not depend on the
screw for proper installation or require gluing or
caulking. FastCap is available in a wide variety
of standard PVC colors and also a variety of
real woods that can be sanded, stained, and
finished. Our standard PVC and Veneer cover
cap size is 9/16” (14mm). Cover caps are 52
per sheet in boxes of 20 sheets per color.
Available in full boxes only. Or order a sampler
pack of one sheet of each color. The PVC
sampler has 37 colors, and the Wood Veneer
sampler has 16 species. The included colors
are listed to the left.

cases, FastCap can process custom orders in
