I did not enjoy some of the management aspects of the role.

Key achievements
I successfully created an ICT based planning tool, linked to the new maths curriculum, to improve the quality and efficiency of
teachers’ maths planning; this was well received by colleagues.
I’ve created a series of half termly assessments linked to the objectives outlined in the new maths curriculum.
Four children I supported, prior to the 2014 maths SATs, achieved a level 4 in this test.
In a recent LA review report, the inspection team wrote that the pupils observed in my lessons were making ‘good progress.’
All Y6 pupils in my job share class in 2015 achieved a L4+ in their KS2 SATs
Reason for leaving
My fixed contract had been extended to August 31st
2016 but I wanted to secure a permanent contract and gain a promotion.
October 2013-December 2014 Cherry Tree Primary School, Colchester

My contract was due to be extended but with a reduction in days. The Baynards’ position offered me more days work than what was
on offer at St Osyth C of E Primary School.

Key achievements
Between January and February in my adjusted role as an Education Recruitment Consultant responsible for recruiting and
interviewing teachers, 7 teachers who had not approached 4myschools directly started/completed the registration process as a result
of my efforts. I also pencilled in a further 4 interviews for headhunted teachers.
Reason for leaving
I was made redundant. Prior to this happening, I had been look at opportunities to move back into teaching because I did not enjoy
working within the recruitment industry.

I created an online learning platform for teachers and colleagues in the team to use who were part of the same project. The teachers
really valued this resource as they were able to access material from our training sessions and communicate with each other and
consultants.
95% of training I’ve delivered/co-delivered in 2010-11 was graded as good or outstanding by delegates. The remaining 5% was
graded satisfactory.

Key Achievements
In 2006 my children achieved the best maths SATs results (97% L4+) out of any school in Colchester. In 2007 100% of the pupils I
taught achieved L4+ in science.
Between 2005 and 2008, I helped my school move from a Good OFSTED grade to an Outstanding OFSTED grade.
I successfully co-planned and led two residential trips taking up to 34 children away for the week.
I led PE in the school, while a colleague was off work, and helped my school achieve Active Mark Status in 2007 – a nationally
recognised award.

I wanted to further develop my leadership skills and subject specialism knowledge within mathematics.

I’ve created a series of half termly assessments linked to the objectives outlined in the new maths curriculum. Four children I supported, prior to the 2014 maths SATs, achieved a level 4 in this test. In a recent LA review report, the inspection team wrote that the pupils observed in my lessons were making ‘good progress.’ All Y6 pupils in my job share class in 2015 achieved a L4+ in their KS2 SATs Reason for leaving My fixed contract had been extended to August 31st 2016 but I wanted to secure a permanent contract and gain a promotion. Key achievements Between January and February in my adjusted role as an Education Recruitment Consultant responsible for recruiting and interviewing teachers, 7 teachers who had not approached 4myschools directly started/completed the registration process as a result of my efforts. I also pencilled in a further 4 interviews for headhunted teachers. Reason for leaving I was made redundant. Prior to this happening, I had been look at opportunities to move back into teaching because I did not enjoy working within the recruitment industry. I created an online learning platform for teachers and colleagues in the team to use who were part of the same project. The teachers really valued this resource as they were able to access material from our training sessions and communicate with each other and consultants. 95% of training I’ve delivered/co-delivered in 2010-11 was graded as good or outstanding by delegates.   • 7. Key Achievements In 2006 my children achieved the best maths SATs results (97% L4+) out of any school in Colchester. In 2007 100% of the pupils I taught achieved L4+ in science. Between 2005 and 2008, I helped my school move from a Good OFSTED grade to an Outstanding OFSTED grade. I successfully co-planned and led two residential trips taking up to 34 children away for the week. I led PE in the school, while a colleague was off work, and helped my school achieve Active Mark Status in 2007 – a nationally recognised award. Reason for leaving I wanted to further develop my leadership skills and subject specialism knowledge within mathematics.
