Hello dears :) Since 2004 I am continuosly working in area of people development. First as a teacher and lecturer, later as a project manager and consultant for training / consulting companies or personnel ones. I have covered and led tens of training / development programs, soft / hard / IT trainings, AC-DCs, couple of surveys, taken part of audits, talent programs etc. During the first year within the Fpt compnay I was working as L&D specialist. I was responsible for running of our in-house learning academy, training and development activities for employees, Summer School and similar ones. I did really enjoyed it becuase I am curious about that kind of work. ....and now BIG CHANGE....I...
