aims to transform communities in Queensland:
 Neighbourhood Revitalisation programs are
delivered appropriately in consultation with five
communities each year
 Simple sustainable affordable single and
multiple dwelling designs are created
 Fuller Center Queensland partners with
government, community and business with
every project
 New Covenant Partners are developed and
supported each year in regions throughout
Queensland
 Fuller Center Queensland partners with at least
one Indigenous community each year to close
the gap in Indigenous health
 Fuller Center Queensland advocates on behalf
of those needing shelter.
Outcome 2: Fuller Center positively influences the
lives of staff, volunteers, members, partner families,
communities:
 Families, single people, couples of all ages and
backgrounds partner with Fuller Center
 Volunteering with Fuller Center Queensland is a
preferred social responsibility activity with five
new businesses each year
 99% of volunteers have a safe and positive
experience with Fuller Center Queensland
activities
 Fuller Center is a recognised organisation by 30%
of people in Queensland
 Each community program is celebrated.

Assurance standards by the end of 2014

raised to grow Fuller Center for Humanity with
no more than 30% from one source
 Staff, Volunteers, Pledge Partners and Board
work closely together to fulfil the organisation’s
vision
 Fuller Center Queensland establishes a well-
positioned office to accommodate its growth
 A high profile Queenslander in each community
supports Fuller Center for Housing
 Each program is recorded and evaluated to
assess Fuller Center’s impact.

Fuller Center for Housing works with the local
community to overcome the injustices of poverty
through the provision of core housing, home
repairs/rehabilitation, health education, water and
sanitation as well as homeowner education
programs.

Our History
Fuller Center for Housing is the world’s number
two not-for-profit provider of housing for low
income families. Established in 2005 as a
Christian-based humanitarian organisation, Fuller
Center for Housing has changed the lives of people
around the world.
Today, Fuller Center for Housing has built almost
4,000 houses, sheltering thousands people in over
300 communities.
In fact a new Fuller Center for Housing home is
built somewhere in the world every hour. Across
the world we make sure housing is simple, safe and
affordable.
We don’t give hand-outs; we give people a hand-
up by building or renovating homes in partnership
with families in need. They put in labour and a
small deposit, and we assist with the expertise and
financing.
