Schooling is one of the most affected aspects of human life due to coronavirus disease-2019
(COVID-19) pandemic. Since the rise and threat of the pandemic, many countries around the
world have decided to temporarily close schools that have affected millions of
students.1 Consequently, students who are mostly children have been facing a learning crisis due
to the pandemic.2 In a recent correspondence published in this journal, the authors cited that
every country has the responsibility to come up with strategies to reopen schools in a safe
manner.3
In the Philippines, the government’s Department of Education has come up with guidelines to
implement online and modular distance learning delivery of instruction. This is to safeguard
students from being infected by the disease. However, plans to conduct the pilot implementation
of limited face-to-face delivery in low-risk areas of COVID-19 transmission for January 2021
have been approved by the president but later recalled due to the threat of the new strain of
COVID-19. Predicaments are raised whether the country is ready to open its schools for students
to go for face-to-face learning despite having been one of the longest and strictest lockdowns in
the world.
School reopening for face-to-face interactions must be carefully planned to ensure the safety of
students as well as teachers and school staff in a staged fashion especially in following physical
distancing. Planning and execution of school health protocols during this pandemic must be
supported by the truthful data being given by various institutions. Last 11 December 2020, the
World Health Organization (WHO) has published a checklist to support school reopening and
the preparation for the possible resurgence of COVID-19. WHO cited that ‘The checklist is
aligned with, and builds upon, existing COVID-19-related WHO guidelines and is structured
around protective measures related to: 1) hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette; 2) physical
distancing; 3) use of masks in schools; 4) environmental cleaning and ventilation; and 5)
respecting procedures for isolation of all people with symptoms.’ The checklist helps
policymakers and school officials to enhance compliance and adherence to public health
protocols in the time of the pandemic.
In conclusion, school health protocols in conducting face-to-face classes must be planned
carefully following national and international guidelines to ensure that students will be safe or at
least mitigate the effects of COVID-19. After all, students’ lives matter as education does to
them. That is the responsibility of every government to ensure its fulfillment.
FACEBOOK (OR ANY OTHER FORM OF SOCIAL MEDIA) IS REPLACING THE
NEED FOR FACE TO FACE COMMUNICATION
Social networking communication rules and limits differ heavily from face to face
communication by means of expressed emotion, interaction, and long distance communication.
Expressing emotion face to face has a substantially larger meaning than attempting to express
emotion through text or chat. With face to face, one can express emotion through facial
expression and tone of voice. With text or chat one can only express emotion through emoticons
and candidly telling the other person how they feel. Face to face communication strongly
interprets emotion as opposed to the weak interpretation of social networking. Sarcasm strongly
exemplifies the limits on social networking, one cannot express sarcasm through text or chat, but
in a face to face conversation one can clearly identify sarcasm from tone of voice and facial
expressions. There are frequent misinterpretation of emotion on social websites that usually
spark major disputes and cyber bullying. These major disputes are currently known as “Facebook
beef” or “Tweef” (twitter beef). With face to face communication it is easy to identify other’s
emotions and regulate a response fit to serve the best, this helps grow relationships and
interaction.
The rules that govern face to face communication are in favor of expressing emotion.
There are many strict rules that govern interaction for face to face communication that do not
exist through social networking. Through social media one is given enough time to collect their
thoughts and present them with ease. By means of text or chat one can comfortably say what is
on their mind without hesitation since they are not directly in front of that person. As opposed to
face to face where one might stutter or hesitate to say what is on their mind given little time to
spontaneously come up with a witty response. Interaction itself is completely different with both
scenarios, if two people only knew each other online, their relationship would be much weaker
than that of a face to face friendship. Although social media allows people to make new friends,
that relationship in comparison to meeting someone face to face is insubstantial. Albeit social
networking does facilitate face to face interaction and helps make face to face communication
much easier.
In regards to distance it is very evident that face to face communication and social
networking have major differences. With the prominent rise of social networking, long distance
communication is easier than ever. Through social media it has become effortless to
communicate with friends and family all around the world in the matter of a few seconds. This
prevents tedious travel and saves time and money. With email and sites such as Facebook and
Twitter it one can literally communicate with anyone who has an account which can be made
effortlessly in the matter of a few minutes. In contrast to the accepted belief that social
networking is time consuming and in no way helpful to school, it has been proven that in some
cases it can be beneficial. With social websites, email, and Google docs, students can share and
discuss their group projects and communicate without the major issue of getting together. In
conclusion, the rules that govern social networking have a great distinction from those that
govern face to face communication. Both vary by means of interaction, long distance
communication and expressing physical emotion. Social networking is in favor of long distance
communication, group projects, making new friends, saving time and money, smoother
conversation and in some cases improving relationships. With face to face communication it is
easier to grow a strong bonded relationship, easier to express emotion and sarcasm, and consists
of on the spot responses. Both face to face communication and social networking consist of
social boundaries and limits, in result they contrast heavily.
The coronavirus hasn't just changed where people work, it's also had a
significant impact on how they work, and software companies have noticed.
Only a few months into this new working reality, and we're already seeing
tangible examples of software companies altering key components of their
services, including design, customer support, and features, all with an eye
towards meeting needs that many business buyers may not even know are
important yet.
Volume is an example that became important as soon as the majority of
information workers began working from home. Several popular business
software as a service (SaaS) applications, including Zoom, Google Meet, and
Microsoft Teams almost immediately had to deal with sudden and dangerous
traffic spikes. The sudden surge of users has pushed these applications to their
limits, exposed some of their weaknesses and security flaws, and forced them
to evolve in order to satisfy usage scenarios no could have foreseen during
their initial design.
The coronavirus pandemic dramatically accelerated a trend toward
dispersed workforces that had already been gaining momentum. This
period confirmed remote teams were capable of operating as a
permanent feature of the business landscape in the future.
Organizations learned a lot from being forced to work remotely —
employees gained flexibility, and businesses proved they could quickly
adapt to urgent customer needs in a volatile, changing climate.
This survey explores the attitudes held by managers and knowledge
workers about two critical priorities of this new normal: collaboration
and productivity. During the pandemic, managers were more
concerned with productivity, while workers were most concerned with
collaboration.
In truth, productivity and collaboration are directly linked. Increase
your team’s collaborative potential and you’ll increase their
productivity. The key to doing both is adopting agile workflows and
processes that allow for iteration, exploration, and meaningful
collaboration.
Multimedia and the term is again made of multi and media compound. Media (medium) original
double meaning, one that stores information on entities, such as disk, CD, tape, semiconductor
memory and more. Second is the transmission of information carriers, such as numbers, text, sound,
graphics and so on. Therefore, the corresponding term and multimedia is a single media, literally,
the media is compounded by a single media. Multimedia is anything and everything that you watch
and listen. It is graphics, audio, sound, text and many. This is usually recorded and played,
displayed or accessed by information content processing devices such as computerized and
electronic devices. Multimedia to the general argument is that the image, sound, graphics, images,
text, text, animation and other media together to form an organic whole, to achieve a certain
function, it is called multimedia. There are two aspects of the media itself is all modern technologies.
It is hardware and software or a mix of machines and ideas. Multimedia technology and features can
be conceptually divided into control systems and information. Multimedia CD-ROM is the main
storage and exchange of media. Without such a convenient CD-ROM, the computer industry can not
constitute a sale of hundreds of megabytes of multimedia programs for audio, visual and text data.
For multimedia we are no longer a passive audience, we can control, can interact, can it be done
according to we needs. In a report, we can no matter what those useless and direct access to
important data. It is also can be interested in the reports and pictures around the world gather
together compilation. Multimedia can be stored, transmitted, presented and perceived. In other
words, it is a good form of communication. Multimedia plays an important role in today’s society
because it is society now all are the things is keep up with the times. The multimedia is a good way
for communication because that can easy to communicate and understand what they say. After that,
multimedia has animation, music, video and more of this. This can easier to attract people to listen
what you talking about. It also has let more interest to people listen and see when u presents a
product. Multimedia also can make easier to deliver what you want to say. If they don’t know what
you say, they can see what you do in multimedia. Because the multimedia is making easier the
things let they can easy understand. In this they have use multimedia in programming, radio, internet
and universality. Now you have a multimedia visual, auditory experience. Inside, including animation,
music and movement, will not let other people read that boring. Is the city doing the media have our
own control, so we are free to play our creativity to make a dynamic multimedia. As when we do a
presentation, we cannot just simply words only. Because the sauce will lead the guests do not want
to see, they will feel bored. So when we do a briefing, we must not only increase the number of
animation writing, music or video. We can also do dynamic point font, guests will feel interested.
Other multimedia files such as video, image and flash memory will help you to improve your visually
but also more benefits to users. In multimedia also can use in internet, this included not only help to
create more multimedia website users interests. But it will help to attract more links your site to help
increase your in-line status. So create a multimedia project or a Web site requires more than writing
skills and more high-teach. This is needed a good organization and business talents.

Since the rise and threat of the pandemic, many countries around the world have decided to temporarily close schools that have affected millions of students.1 Consequently, students who are mostly children have been facing a learning crisis due to the pandemic.2 In a recent correspondence published in this journal, the authors cited that every country has the responsibility to come up with strategies to reopen schools in a safe manner.3 In the Philippines, the government’s Department of Education has come up with guidelines to implement online and modular distance learning delivery of instruction. This is to safeguard students from being infected by the disease. However, plans to conduct the pilot implementation of limited face-to-face delivery in low-risk areas of COVID-19 transmission for January 2021 have been approved by the president but later recalled due to the threat of the new strain of COVID-19. Predicaments are raised whether the country is ready to open its schools for students to go for face-to-face learning despite having been one of the longest and strictest lockdowns in the world. School reopening for face-to-face interactions must be carefully planned to ensure the safety of students as well as teachers and school staff in a staged fashion especially in following physical distancing. Planning and execution of school health protocols during this pandemic must be supported by the truthful data being given by various institutions. Last 11 December 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) has published a checklist to support school reopening and the preparation for the possible resurgence of COVID-19. WHO cited that ‘The checklist is aligned with, and builds upon, existing COVID-19-related WHO guidelines and is structured around protective measures related to: 1) hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette; 2) physical distancing; 3) use of masks in schools; 4) environmental cleaning and ventilation; and 5) respecting procedures for isolation of all people with symptoms.’ The checklist helps policymakers and school officials to enhance compliance and adherence to public health protocols in the time of the pandemic. In conclusion, school health protocols in conducting face-to-face classes must be planned carefully following national and international guidelines to ensure that students will be safe or at least mitigate the effects of COVID-19. After all, students’ lives matter as education does to them. That is the responsibility of every government to ensure its fulfillment. FACEBOOK (OR ANY OTHER FORM OF SOCIAL MEDIA) IS REPLACING THE NEED FOR FACE TO FACE COMMUNICATION Social networking communication rules and limits differ heavily from face to face communication by means of expressed emotion, interaction, and long distance communication. Expressing emotion face to face has a substantially larger meaning than attempting to express emotion through text or chat. With face to face, one can express emotion through facial expression and tone of voice. With text or chat one can only express emotion through emoticons and candidly telling the other person how they feel. Face to face communication strongly interprets emotion as opposed to the weak interpretation of social networking. Sarcasm strongly exemplifies the limits on social networking, one cannot express sarcasm through text or chat, but in a face to face conversation one can clearly identify sarcasm from tone of voice and facial expressions. There are frequent misinterpretation of emotion on social websites that usually spark major disputes and cyber bullying. These major disputes are currently known as “Facebook beef” or “Tweef” (twitter beef). With face to face communication it is easy to identify other’s emotions and regulate a response fit to serve the best, this helps grow relationships and interaction. The rules that govern face to face communication are in favor of expressing emotion. There are many strict rules that govern interaction for face to face communication that do not exist through social networking. Through social media one is given enough time to collect their thoughts and present them with ease. By means of text or chat one can comfortably say what is

As opposed to face to face where one might stutter or hesitate to say what is on their mind given little time to spontaneously come up with a witty response. Interaction itself is completely different with both scenarios, if two people only knew each other online, their relationship would be much weaker than that of a face to face friendship. Although social media allows people to make new friends, that relationship in comparison to meeting someone face to face is insubstantial. Albeit social networking does facilitate face to face interaction and helps make face to face communication much easier. In regards to distance it is very evident that face to face communication and social networking have major differences. With the prominent rise of social networking, long distance communication is easier than ever. Through social media it has become effortless to communicate with friends and family all around the world in the matter of a few seconds. This prevents tedious travel and saves time and money. With email and sites such as Facebook and Twitter it one can literally communicate with anyone who has an account which can be made effortlessly in the matter of a few minutes. In contrast to the accepted belief that social networking is time consuming and in no way helpful to school, it has been proven that in some cases it can be beneficial. With social websites, email, and Google docs, students can share and discuss their group projects and communicate without the major issue of getting together. In conclusion, the rules that govern social networking have a great distinction from those that govern face to face communication. Both vary by means of interaction, long distance communication and expressing physical emotion. Social networking is in favor of long distance communication, group projects, making new friends, saving time and money, smoother conversation and in some cases improving relationships. With face to face communication it is easier to grow a strong bonded relationship, easier to express emotion and sarcasm, and consists of on the spot responses. Both face to face communication and social networking consist of social boundaries and limits, in result they contrast heavily.
