Mr. Prugue is a Staff Engineer with ARCADIS. As an Engineer, Mr. Prugue supports multiple
projects and performs a variety of duties including data compilation, quality assurance/quality
control (QA/QC) for technical reports, and general field support. His field experience includes
field effort coordination, soil sampling, soil logging, water sampling and testing.
Project Experience
California Waste Management
Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, Los Angeles, California
Conducted hazardous materials waste audit at a number of facilities.
Oxy/Former OCC Lathrop Facility
Oxy USA, Inc., Lathrop, California
Collection of soil samples to assess the presence of contaminants of concern prior to site
capping activities.
Vandenberg Air Force Base
AFCEC, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California
Assisted in understanding subsurface processes by producing groundwater contour maps. Also
evaluated soil database for data gaps and assessed if previous literature indicated the presence
of areas of concern that had not been previously documented.
Boles Fire Response
Sukut Construction Inc., Weed, California
Supported efforts to document damage to properties as a result of the Boles Fire.
Responsibilities included written and photographic documentation of damage to properties, soil
sample collection, and project data evaluation and reporting.

2. Rodrigo Prugue
Engineer 1
Confidential Client, Las Vegas, Nevada
Supported field effort to measure groundwater levels, deploy Hydrasleeve sampler, and sample
groundwater wells at a facility in Las Vegas, NV in order to evaluate the extent of an LNAPL
plume.
Conceptual Site Model and Groundwater Model
Burlington Northern Railroad, Helena, Montana
Reviewed geological and hydrological data and developed a database outlining pertinent
information regarding geology and the presence of free product. Also coordinated development
of GIS figure deliverables for client. Provided technical feedback on interpretations of geological
setting.
Alza Facility As-Needed O&M and Technical Support
Confidential Client, Vacaville, California
Responsible for operation of respirometer at industrial wastewater plant. Evaluated the
effectiveness of their current procedures in order to improve the efficiency of the system and
address historic exceedances of regulatory limits for select waste chemicals. The respirometer
allows measurement of the activity of the biomass and guides plant adjustments so that
microbial population is optimized for efficient waste management meeting discharge requirement
established by the city of Vacaville, CA.
Former OCC Chemical Corp Facility MW Installation
Oxy USA, Inc., Lathrop, California
Oversight during the installation of 6 monitoring wells. Work included management of drill crew
and verifying established protocol in HASP were followed. Conducted bore logging
interpretations via mud rotary, and collected groundwater data from transducers.
