using the appropriate tenant region
We recommend using root folders to structure
your departments / business units and
subfolders to isolate the automations and their
resources available in each
Make sure you separate you pre-production
and production environments
Folders help you to granularly manage access
for your automation resources within a tenant

Leveraging Automation Cloud groups
• First think of the different levels of access you
want to have in your organization for the
products you're planning to use. Only then, go
create a group structure that reflects it
• We recommend that you use groups for role
assignments to simplify access management
• We recommend using license allocation for these
groups to easily manage your user licenses

Service licenses
Allow access to certain services based on the license.
Services can be enabled on all tenants or a max no of tenants.
Services: Automation Hub, Test Manager, Insights, Process Mining.
Trial per service: Enterprise customers can try out these services for 60 days before
purchasing.
