  4. 4. <ul><li>There are several great ways to practice weight lifting at home </li></ul><ul><li>Always check with your doctor before starting an exercise program </li></ul>
  5. 5. 1 <ul><li>. If you have a staircase in your home, you can get a great workout by simply climbing the stairs </li></ul><ul><li>Try that by holding weight </li></ul><ul><li>Repeat that 10 times </li></ul><ul><li>-use both legs sequentially </li></ul>
  6. 6. 2 <ul><li>Leg exercises can be done by lying down on your side and lifting each leg repeatedly for 15-20 times. </li></ul><ul><li>You can also stand and hold on to the back of a chair and lift your legs backward repeatedly </li></ul><ul><li>What about sitting squats, or squats using gym ball? </li></ul>
