Concern with reducing overall part production cost.

 Use modular designs.
 Optimize part handling.

7. MANUFACTURING OF TWEEL TYRE :-
1) STIFF HUB :-
It is made by aluminium and using casting process
2)SPOKES :-
It is made by Polyurathane material which is always retains its form and its flexible.
It is manufactured by molding method.
3)SHEER BAND:-
Made by polymer & manufactured by molding method.

8. ASSEMBLY :-
• Tweel is a combination of wheel and tyre.
• It’s a single unit so wheel assembled during manufacturing.
COST :-
• overall tyre cost reduced because of no machining and no assembly required.

• No tube and tyres required.
• No puncture.
• Tyre life is more.
• Assembly time reduces.
• One time investment .
• Tyre run on any type of road.
• It does not need air.
• Three times long life.
• The tread can be replaced without having to replace the entire unit, so there is less
waste of material.
