Reusing materials that are still in
good shape, is a great way to
save money. Saving this money
will allow you to splurge a little
bit on details that can attract
buyers.

4. PLUMBING WORK
Decide what kind of plumbing
work you’ll need by figuring out
the plan. Will you be ripping
out the floors and redoing
everything or is everything in
good shape?

5. HOW MUCH SPACE DO
YOU HAVE?
Potential buyers won’t want to
feel cramped in their bathroom,
take the needed measurements
to make sure there will be
enough space after the changes
you make.
