KPP Indexim is one of the Coal Mining
& Hauling Projects, located in Pengadan
Village, Karangan District, East Kutai, East
Kalimantan.
PT. KPP entered into a cooperation
contract as a mining contractor with the
task of mining and transporting coal from
ROM to PORT PT. Indexim Coalindo (as
owner).

/ Leaksebanyak 73 kali pada bulan
Januari – Maret 2022.
• Improvement ini perlu
dilakukan untuk meningkatkan
kesiapan unit atau PA (Physical
Avability) dalam mencapai
target operasional coal hauling
site INDE.

• Improvement ini harus segera
dilakukan untuk mengurangi
deviasi pada KPI PCH terutama
jumlah BUS (Breakdown
Unschedule) Unit.
• Apabila Improvement ini tidak
dilakukan, maka target coal
hauling tidak akan cepat
tercapai karena unit Double
Trailer penyumbang tertinggi
produksi sebesar 67,9%.

sejumlah 55 kali atau 75.3%.
Achievable
Frekuensi BUS Cooling System terendah unit R580 pernah
dicapai pada bulan November 2021 sejumlah 18 kali BUS.
Sesuai dengan target KPI Plant Coal Hauling untuk
meningkatkan ketersediaan unit.
Reasonable
Target akan dicapai pada Juni 2022.

Quality
Secara signifikan dapat menurunkan problem BUS
akibat Coolant Leak dari rata-rata 73 kali menjadi 18 kali.
Cost Menurunkan loss opportunity sebesar 3,09 triliun/bulan

Dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan unit untuk mencapai target
operasional produksi.

Menjaga kondisi alat agat tidak terjadi kerusakan
