Under the guidance of Mr. Amit Bhargava
Director Manager (I.T)
Rosmerta Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
2. Introduction-
In the context of the last week of my “Rosmerta technologies LTD.” I had the opportunity to do
an internship in DLFCYBERHUB, GURUGOAN through ERASMUS and to develop a project under
the supervision of the software Developer in a different environment. I was welcomed in the
Rosmerta technologies LTD by the manager of the Information Technology Dept. who helped
me to find the opportunity. I was asked to create a website or MIS portal which goal is to make
and improve the Indian DL&RC system which means to allow some project managers to manage
teams and projects. I was asked to use the Microsoft technology: ASP.NET and C# for the
dynamic generation of web pages and MySQL for the database. First, I will present the tools
that i used, next i will describe the specifications, then i will present the transformation of the
specifications in programming tasks achievable, this is the conception. And finally I will describe
the achievement, the establishment of the graphic design, I will expose the advantages and the
disadvantages of this technology and finally i will show a test scenario.
Engaged in the business of applying smart card-based technology to various paper-based
applications that affect the common man in his daily life, Rosmerta enforces tested
technologies to uncover new and innovative fields of application that simplify the lives of
people across the nation.
With a widespread presence, Rosmerta is by far the largest player for e-governance and
transport solutions in India
Profile of the problem- Software Development & Data Sync Through Database and MIS
Software user-level software testing – Microsoft ERP MIS Test for any programming bug, ensure
all the controls are at its place and functioning, weather it has a proper follow of control, i.e.,
any navigation issues all running states of DLRC and if it works as expected Report as and when
bugs arise
Working in the location were our organization takes project of states to sync the data of DL&RC
ND giving the smart number plate of vehicle Registration. Sometime we don’t have the proper
information of location and then organization send us to the location for resolving the issue
Existing System-This section explains the methodology followed in executing the project to
observe the desired
Results. The Methodology followed to create the MIS India DL&RC Dashboard consists of eight
algorithm
3. Steps. The steps were decided based on the requirement for the project development.

Problem Analysis-
Product definition- The goal of my project is to made a portal of DL&RC SOFTWARE to allow
project managers to manage their own teams and projects. Therefore there must be three kind
of users: An administrator to manage the website, some project managers to manage the
teams and the projects, and the simple members which can join teams to develop projects. A
user must be able to register or to login to this website. All the members could make chip
writing in different location in multiple slot, they could search and consult projects and teams
and they could choose to what teams they want to belong to. The project managers could
create or remove their teams and projects and could also accept or refuse members to their
teams. The administrator can activate accounts and set the role of the members. And all the
members could present them-self in a profile page

Design-
The first tool is ASP.NET, it is a set of technology developed by Microsoft, its name come from
the ASP which means Active Server Page. It was the first server-side language to generate
dynamically web-pages. ASP was developed in 1998 and ASP.NET has superseded ASP. ASP.NET
is interpreted by the virtual machine “.NET” which hide the details of the computer hardware. It
can be programmed in all the languages supported by the .NET framework (like C#, C++.Net,
VB.Net, etc.). Those languages are not compiled in binary code but in an intermediate code that
will be interpreted by the virtual machine. The language I used is C#, it is an object oriented
language which looks like Java. An oriented object language is a language in which we use some
concepts named objects and we can interact which them by calling their methods. An object
consists of data fields and methods which interact together. In the C# language it is possible to
4. modify all the fields of an ASP page and those fields are considered as objects. There are two
kinds of pages: • the asp pages which extension is “.aspx”. • The C# file which extension is”.
Cu”.

7. Testing-
After the Implementation of the MIS India DL&RC Dashboard, the functionalities were tested
For their performance and results. The Changes suggested by the Indian transportation system
were noted down
And implemented in this stage. A requirement for addition of two new mis Lead to the re
Arrangement and grouping of them. These changes were then reflected in both front-end and
Backend. The source code was updated and the design changes were made in this step of the
Project.
Deployment-
Many companies have adopted the balanced scorecard approach to design for
Better performance Vehicle registration systems. Adopting these concepts provides
clarification,
Consensus, and focus on desired improvement in performance. Companies are using
Dashboards to clarify and update their strategy, communicate strategy through their
Organizational structure, align units and individual goals with the company strategy, link
Strategic objectives to long term targets and annual budgets and to conduct periodic
Performance reviews. The balanced scorecard approach is well suited for organizations that
Require timely and consolidated access to data for qualitative and actionable decision making.
The dashboard puts strategy and vision, not control, at the center. It helps establishing goals for
The teams and assumes that the team makes use of it to achieve the targets by adopting
Necessary actions and changes required. It is designed in a manner to pull people to the overall
Vision of the organization. Senior Manager may know what the results should be, but in some
Situations may have a problem in communicating it to the junior team members.
Dashboard provides a means of performance measurement and a customer centric tracking
System that helps communicating the information much easily across the teams.
This new approach to performance measurement is consistent, with initiatives underway in
8. Many companies: cross-functional integration, customer-supplier partnerships, global scale,
Continuous improvement, and team rather than individual accountability .By combining the
Financial, Customers, Delivery Partners, Delivery Health and People Information, the balanced
Scorecard helps the stakeholders to analyze and understand, at least implicitly many
Relationships .This understanding can help them transcend traditional notions about functional
Barriers and ultimately lead to improved decision Making and problem

9. Project Legacy (Technical and Managerial lessons learnt.)
Class vs real time application of knowledge
To behave in a professional environment
The Internship program was quite beneficial for me. It helped me in improving my various
technical skills and enhanced my knowledge in new areas.
I gained new knowledge in the area of Databases and asp.net, the various issues involved and
mechanisms in these systems etc. By studying Content Manager, I also learnt that how
database products function and what are the various issues one need to be aware of while
looking for Data Management solutions.
E-Gov is an emerging field and I got some insight into a how a new field looks like when in the
initial stage and what are the various things which need to be done initially like requirement
analysis, survey of existing solutions etc.
I was working on a research topic for the first time and I got introduced to this important area
of research and methods employed in conducting research.
I brushed up my knowledge of Visual studio and sql and MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes), as
it was required to develop applications on top of Content Manager
Work Experience-
My internship was quite satisfactory in terms of work environment. The team I worked with
was very friendly and helped me a lot in all my problems. New experiences include.
Teamwork-
In these projects 4-5 people worked together thus providing enough opportunity for proper
teamwork and coordination. This was a good experience for me as the team was very
cooperative and understanding. Responsibility and keeping commitments
The importance of honoring commitments and time of others was an important thing, which I
learnt as a summer Intern. Especially, while working as a team it is very important to keep
these points in mind.
10. Acknowledgement –During my summer internship , the staff at RTL and persons guiding me
were were very helpful and extended their valuable guidance and help whenever required for
the projects which I worked on.I am very thankful to my guide Dr. P. V. Kamesam for his

Audit Trails by sharing his vast experience and giving valuable direction to the project. Overall,
the above team made my stay at RTL is an enjoyable one and I am grateful to them for making
it so.During the course of my industrial internship I got an exposure to the corporate work
culture. I received an opportunity to adapt to the office environment and learn about real time
project Management and development. Experience on how projects are executed in the
corporate world. As a part of my project work, I Working on a live project helped me gain
knowledge and Got an opportunity to work with the MCS India lead, senior MCS folks, Finance,
and Operations India and its states Units). This experience has helped me shape myself in
accordance With the current industrial developments and trend. I was given freedom to
analyze, develop and implement my ideas in the project, and this has helped in stimulating my
thought process. The internship was a good learning curve of the professional environment and
overall it was a Very insightful and wonderful learning experience. I would like to take this
opportunity to thank The Institute and Department of Computer Science in giving me this
opportunity to do an Internship during my Summer Vacations. I would also like to extend my
