- Sets out policy framework for a faster, more predictable and accountable planning
system for renewable energy infrastructures
- The House of Commons voted overwhelmingly in favour of the National Policy
Statement on Nuclear Power Generation in July 2011
Energy Bill
- Part of the Energy Market Reform to encourage low-carbon investment
- Contract for Difference mechanism certainty and stability for low-carbon
investors

- Lessons learnt from major projects and incl. EPRs in France, China and Finland

- Decommissioning and waste disposal arrangements
