disruptive. This can lead to resistance from employees, customers, and
other stakeholders.
> Lack of awareness:
> Many people are not aware of the benefits of digital transformation, or they

> Skills gap:
> There is a shortage of skilled workers with the knowledge and experience
to implement digital transformation. This can make it difficult to find the
