  1. We work in a sector dedicated to transforming lives with limited resources and abundant passion and expertise. What if we could find more value in existing resources, extend the impact of our passion and expertise, and engage many more people in our missions? We can by being open to talent from across sectors.
  2. Story – My work in direct service…teacher, wanted to create a new organization. Then I realized I didn’t have the background and skills to do it. Found many that were doing very well, but couldn’t meet the needs of the populace. Didn’t have the infrastructure, funding, support to scale. So 50 kids were served well, while 500 remained unserved. We know the current state – solid programming for limited group, we kn

  4. Outside the comfort zone of the NPO – wouldn’t have hired her initially. Corporate Lawyer – confused about the state of the org – they were moving and their first office force all to sit in kids chairs.
