Story – My work in direct service…teacher, wanted to create a new organization. Then I realized I didn’t have the background and skills to do it.
Found many that were doing very well, but couldn’t meet the needs of the populace.
Didn’t have the infrastructure, funding, support to scale. So 50 kids were served well, while 500 remained unserved.

Corporate Lawyer – confused about the state of the org – they were moving and their first office force all to sit in kids chairs.
700 Companies and 4500 individuals signed on to create a new movement.
