WORKING PRINCIPLE
Harley HumidiKool Systems work on the basis
of evaporation principle. Based on the said
principle, in order to maximize the cooling
efficiency, our system employs a way to create
Finest 5 – Micron Mist, which is similar to
natural fog. The optimum amount of mist
created also helps in increasing desired level
of RH% in the specialized processes like tea
fermentation.
The principle in known as “Flash Evaporation”
and can reduce the Air Temparature closer to
WET BULB TEMPERATURE without any
“wetting” feeling.

F. Harley’s Advanced Humidification & Cooling system does matter a lot to enhance the cup characteristics and helps in
saving a great amount of energy cost.
We first tried to use this system in our CTC & rolling area to control the heat. On having the result from the CTC area we
went ahead with this system for our Fermenting area too. Believe me, it didn't allow the RH% to drop below 90% even in
the toughest climatic conditions of Cachar.
We gave a try to their CFM Humidification system too and we were bang on target! We achieved 95% - 96 % RH inside our
CFMs in no time and that too with only 10% power of what we had been using for so long! We can now think of eliminating
our Mist Chamber which is of no use!
