• If you don’t have a good subject than people
don’t know how to respond to your email

3. Keep it short
• Don’t go on and on and on just it short to the
point

4. Don’t curse
• If you would not say it in real life than don’t
say it in real life

5. Respond in 24 Hours
• If you get an email try to respond in 24Hours
• If you cant respond in 24 Hours try to respond
in a time you can

6. Don’t use fake names
• If you use a fake name people wont know who
you are

7. Use proper English
• If you use slang people could not tell what you
are saying

8. Always use spell check
• If you don’t use spell Than people can’t
understand what your talking about

9. Don’t lie
• Don’t say there is something urgent in an
email if there is really not

• Don’t tell anyone who you don’t know

11. DONT show anger
• DONT TYPE IN ALL CAPS OR THEY WILL THINK
YOUR YELLING AT THEM
