6. Respond within 24hrs.
If you receive a message, someone is waiting
to hear from you. And It might be important.
7.Use good grammar
Your language reveals how much you know.
People judge you by your language.
8. Use a subject
Make sure you use complete sentences
and clear topics for good communication.
9. Always be respectful
Your message is going to a human being
who deserves respect.
Always be respectful even if you can’t
see people’s face.
10.Careful with formatting
Use a format that helps make your
message clear. The goal is good
communication.
