Created in 1969, ADS since early 90's proposes stretch blow­moulding
machines for the production of PET bottles. In June 2012, 430 daily working ADS
machines were identified in 71 countries on five continents.
ADS offers a complete range of services in partnership with its customers, from the
project study till the commissioning of the equipment. The commissioning, training
and maintenance are carried out by ADS teams in the world.
ADS PET blow moulding machines produce ­each

wide variety of
containers (0,1L to 30L).

Production of bottles from 10 mL to 100 mL with a filling speed u to 6.000 bottles/hour, fully electrical, meets the high hygienic
standards of European pharmaceutical industry. Automatic or semi­automatic
complete line.
2 to 10 heads in­line
fillers with electromagnetic or mass flow meters. Diving nozzles monitored with servo motors, in order to adapt
the filling pipes upright movement speed according to the bottle shape.
Proficiency and high volumes: up to 6000 b/ h.
Format flexibility without any tool (50 to 5000 ml as a standard), in site cleaning, measuring accuracy.
Multiformat in­line
capping machine EB6600 to screw any type of caps, pumps, sprays. Torque control with servo motor. Follow

A key player in capping technology
ZALKIN sends each year some 350 capping machines everywhere in the world.
They are either free­standing
or turrets to be integrated in monoblocs, for an
average speed of 1,200 to 72,000 bottles per hour.
ZALKIN has developed a number of innovative systems for a large variety of
closures and containers to assist its customers in the food and beverage, water,
wine and spirits, chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
ZALKIN capping heads, the masterpieces of the machine, fitted with jaws or chucks
are known for being the best in the market to seal, screw and push­on
cylindrical
and shaped closures. The company also provides decapping machines as well as a
range of ancillary equipment including cap sorters, cap feed elevators, waterfall
type elevators and cap conveyors.
ZALKIN dedicates significant resources to R&D to regularly develop new products.
It has recently designed an In­line
quality control system called “ZC LINE” enabling
to extend its activities into a neighbouring market sector: the quality control. This
modular control machine is to be integrated into bottling lines to simultaneously
measure the removal torque, the bottle weight and the pressure level in the bottle.
40 agents dedicate their efforts to promote ZALKIN sales and technical
assistance throughout the world. ZALKIN has some strong positions in places
like France, North America, Germany and UK and is very active in Mexico where a
branch office was opened in 2010. The company will very soon expand in Turkey,
Brasil and China and later on in India, where room is seen for further development
