Santwana Periwal, Principal Consultant
Santwana holds over 13 years of strategic and operational experience as an HR Practitioner. She carries
knowledge and experience of all aspects of Human Resources – Talent Acquisition, Development,
Engagement and Retention across diverse industries – Telecom, ITES/Analytics, Insurance and
Infrastructure and has a rich multi-cultural and multi-geography experience. Her experience also extends to
large organization level projects such as managing acquisitions and workforce diversity.

Sonali Chatterjee, Principal Consultant

Sonali has more than a decade of experience spanning Consulting and line HR. She has worked extensively
in the areas of Talent and Performance management, leadership assessment and development, HR process
