1. Interviewing tips
When going for a job interview it is important to dress appropriately, This doesn’t necessarily mean
that you have to go to an interview wearing a full suit as that may not be appropriate but it is
important to dress smart and respectable for any job that you want to go for.
It is also important to make sure that you know a little bit about the company and have a question at
hand this is because it is likely that you are going to be asked if you have any questions, it is good to
ask a question as it shows that you have an interest.
It is also important to have an open body posture as this is engaging with whoever is interviewing
you. It also makes you come across as confident. It is important not to use closed body posture as
this can make you seem nervous and uninterested.
It is also important to have good interpersonal skills with the person who is interviewing you this is
as first impressions count for a lot and if you do not get on with the interviewer then it is unlikely that
they are going to want to hire you.
It is also very important to appear confident even though you may not be feeling it. This is because
our first impressions on people make a big impact on what they think of us as a person .
