Potential employers she identifies include record labels and her outlined plan is to build experience through internships and networking in music industry events and organizations.
2. I’ve been a huge music lover for as long as I can
remember. Growing up, I always had a passion
for music and it helped shape me into who I am
today. As I got older and learned more about
music and the industry, I knew this is where I
wanted my career to be. I want to be a part of
the music process and be able to help put out
music that reaches people who can relate and
fell all kinds of emotions. Music and artists have
always had a big effect on me and has been an
escape during hard times and helped me feel
less alone. My goal is to help inspire fans all
over the world through music .

11. BRAND POSITION
For artists new and old who feel their needs aren’t
being met and feel neglected, I provide excellent
communication and understanding to the music industry
and also mental health because I have felt unheard and
neglected myself on a much smaller scale and have
seen some of my favorite artist receive unfair, neglectful
treatment from their own team. I will provide a safe
sanctuary for my clients to feel seen and heard
“TO BE SEEN AND HEARD”

MARKETING

• Music Business Association
• National Organization of Music Merchants
• National Association of Record Industry Professionals

industry events I attend such as conferences, concerts,
festivals, etc. I will share my personal experience and how it
helped/effected me, the benefits, and encourage others to
attend as well.
• Primary Tools: I will use social networks such as Instagram,
Twitter and even TikTok to post on. These are three of the
most popular social media sights for the younger generations
and can gain lots of attention. I would post as often as
necessary whether that be weekly or daily. I will post in a
somewhat casual format to better connect with my audience
and help them tap into their own emotions.
• Website: I will use my digital portfolio to keep up to date on my
developing skills and experience to show potential employers
and clients what I am currently capable of at all times.

14. Samantha Correa
You know how there can be a disconnect between an artist and their
team/label? Well, what I do is take into account how people feel and build a
genuine connection with them and see how they would like to do things that
better benefit them and find solutions. In fact, I have great interpersonal
skills that has helped me help many people by truly understanding their
feelings and point of view on an issue they were having in previous jobs.

Forbes Most Valuable Brands List (2017): https://www.forbes.com/powerful-brands/list/
Apple 2. Google 3. Microsoft 4. Facebook 5. Coca-Cola 6. Amazon 7. Disney 8. Toyota 9. McDonald’s 10. Samsung
Methodology:
Forbes valued more than 200 global brands by looking at three years of earnings and allocating a percentage of those earnings based on the role brands play in each industry (e.g., high for luxury goods and beverages, low for airlines and oil companies). We applied the average price-to-earnings multiple over the past three years to these earnings to arrive at the final brand value.
