Equipment Manufacturing Division (EMS) directly from the manufacturers to get cost and quality benefits.

o Capital Items right from indent to procurement & to ensure PBGs
 Handled import of full container load of Weldox 700 (special grade steel plates) from SSAB ,Sweden (Direct mill) by
conducting third party inspection by DNV/ Loyyds & ABS of the material at mill itself. This is for a rocket launcher
project of DRDO, Dighi.
 Managed export of various Aerospace tools and machines with complete export cycle involving documentation, custom
clearance, statutory procedures, etc.
 Developed new vendors for FPS (Fluid Power Solutions) group of TATA Motors Ltd.
 Generated ARC (Annual Rate Contracts) for various items to get a better price advantage
