After earning a biology degree from Smith College, I have dedicated myself since 1995 to teaching, educational design, and outcomes analysis in clinical/scientific education. In 2015, I founded Full Circle Clinical Education, Inc, a woman-owned consultancy and hands-on project partner in clinical education and all aspects of outcomes measurement for educators of health care providers. I have published original, peer-reviewed slides and articles on outcomes/effectiveness and in-depth needs assessments.
