3. Siedlce has got a station.
From here we can go by train
to each place in the world.
Here we start our walk around
Siedlce.
4. From the railway station we walk
the Kiliński Street.
In the Kiliński Street there is
a Church of the Garrison, in the
centre of the Millennium Square.
5. At the John Paul II Square
there is The monument of
the Pope John Paul II.
6. We are in the Piłsudski
Street. Here there is the old
Town Hall called „Jacek”
Now there is the seat of the
Regional Museum.

On the other side of the
Piłsudski Street there is
the building of the Post
Office.
7. Near the old Town Hall there is
a square. In the central point of
this square there is
the monument of Tadeusz
Kościuszko.
8. In the Piłsudski Street there are a lot of shops.

9. In the Piłsudski Street there is also
the oldest in Siedlce Saint Bishop
Stanisław the Martyr’s Church.
Not far from this Church there is the
chapel of Duchess Aleksandra
Ogińska.
10. And now we walk to
the Ogiński’s Palace.
And from the palace we walk to
the Palace Park, called
‘Aleksandria’. In the park there is
a brick arcade and a pond
with an island.
11. Opposite the Ogiński’s Palace
there is the building of the
Hetman Stanisław Żólkiewski
High School. Now we are
in the Asłanowicz Street.
In this street there is also the
building of the Local
Administration.
12. And now I would like to present you
the NeoGothic Immaculate
Conception Cathedral. It is the most
characteristic building in the town.
Opposite the Cathedral there
is the Diocesan Museum.
13. We walk along the Bishop
Świrski Street to the crossing
of the Cmentarna and the
Wojskowa Street. And we
walk along the Wojskowa
Street. Here there is the
building of Polish Bank and
the big Shop Centre.
