Keep as digital records of the lesson. Look at them again at the beginning of the next class. Snap spontaneously on the way to class and write the story (the before and after). Snap yourself with five things that define you. Take photos every day for a week. Use them to describe what you did. Start with a close-up. Imagine you take one step back. What can you see?
