Creating Clear Content Messaging Since, 2011
Thriving in the marketplace is all about clarified
messaging that connects with customers through
storytelling. Noise is the ultimate enemy, and I have ten
years of experience removing the noise companies
unknowingly create. What we think we are saying to
customers and what customers hear are two different
things. Customers don’t make purchasing decisions on
what we say but in what they hear. I clarify messaging!

platforms - with a social story format that increases
brand awareness & trust among our key target audience
With consistent storytelling in this format, we were
able to maintain a 60% organic engagement rate which
is over 40 times the average organic rate for most
companies.

By building key relationships with local and regional
media partners, I was able to garner $100,000 in
earned media between 2019 - 2021.
As a result of the partnerships the non-profit I was
with at the time, earned features in leading
periodicals such as the Rick & Bubba Show, National
Geographic and Southern Living Magazine.

Responsible for negotiating ads designing
layout and writing copy for monthly story
ideas to over 40 newspaper, magazine, radio,
TV and online travel editors throughout the
Tennessee Valley (tri-state) Region.
In partnership with our local newspaper, I
managed & designed an annual magazine
that was distributed to over 5,000 residents &
visitors. As a result, I was awarded a State
recognition for best small-business magazine
creator in 2020.

During the past year, we have produced &
distributed videos on YouTube, Channel 10,
on our website and across social media.
As a result, brand awareness, engagement and
market share has increased substantialy which has
contributed to a 38% overall web traffic increase
from September 2019 to September 2020.
