Simple to read
Covers all the basic of the report
If this is the only part someone reads they should get the
main ideas of the report

4. Company / NPO Intro
1 page or less
Short background on company history
Must including legal/ethical battles relevant to your
report
Must include any relevant corporate commitments or
value statements related to privacy

5. Stake holders
Identify relevant stake holders
Users
Users in need of accommodations
Users w/ privacy concerns
Rights holder (patent, copyright, TM, Right of Publicity)
Stock Holder
Find the people who are least well off under the current
policies

6. Issues
2 to 3 in depth areas
Possible Issues include privacy torts, ToS / EULA,
Privacy Policies, data protection, FOIA, or other issues
mentioned in class.
issues not covered in class are also acceptable if
approved in advance

7. Issues Structure
Relevance of Issues: what is the problem
Suggestions: recommendations for improving policies
Reasoning - the pitch on why the company should
change policies to your suggestion

Double spaced
Time New Roman or similar sized font
1 inch margins
