Project Overview
UPoint is an in-house developed solution taking care of employees benefits. It is a combination product which deals
which takes care of all employees related activities like insurance, annual enrollments, health management etc.

3. Various applications are integrated within Upoint through which an employee can plan and apply for various health
and financial policies available. This product is primarily catering to US market where employees are given the
benefits like these. This product is enhanced and developed using Agile model with 4 release per year (2 big releases).
Started with 20 clients in June 2014, it has now crossed 170 clients in 2015(till Quarter 3)
Role
Working as a Programme Test Manager for UPOINT. My Responsibilities include:
• Responsible and Accountable for Functional Testing with various teams within Upoint
• Coordinating and Responsible for all test phases while coordinating with internal and external
stakeholders
• Planning & Estimating for Integration and Stress Testing
• Designing, Implementing & Calculating ROI for Regression Automation suite for Upoint using AFT (an
inbuilt keyword based framework) and Record& play Framework
• In Process of creation Automation COE for Upoint. Target to complete the COE work by Feb 2016
• Responsible for environment preparation for base and partner teams for integration and Stress testing
• Leading the automation team of 6 testers, 3 environment specialist, 2 Performance engineers and 3
