The project launch sales of interactive tables Vtable.
Vnovation Electronics Company is a manufacturer of interactive , design multi-touch Vtables. Our tables
can be applied in any field : the corporate segment ( state-owned enterprises and institutions , major Russian
companies, educational institutions ), luxury- furniture sector client , and HoReCa. Already, we have
integrated our table with our partner 3d projector to display presentations and 3d visualization of objects on
the screen.
Market project
Our main economic idea is the fact that 8 out of 10 people in Russia had this table at home , at work, in the
office, at a restaurant, in the hotel . Our experts assess the market today in $ 280 million at these stages of
development and consumption. Our strategy is to win at least 40 % of the market for 2 years , due to low
cost, continuous improvement of products, patents on technical solutions .
Tactical objective of the project
Technical part : At the heart of Vtable is multitouch technology that allows up to 16 simultaneous touches .
We use the most modern utilities . Our equipment allows the most powerful software with 3D. In the near
future , the collection of tables will be transferred to China.
Manpower part: Today, our team lacks only the technical director , his responsibilities have undertaken
CCO and CEO, on all remaining vacancies invited to the best professionals in the industry with experience
in start-up projects.
Marketing piece , ways to promote the product to market: advertising in specialized IT- publications for
state corporations , "word of mouth " advertising as luxury, «guerilla marketing " to attract the attention of
youth , image advertising on television to promote the brand Vnovation Electronics, internet marketing.
Marketing piece , sales channel: sales of products through a distribution network (now there are 4
companies ready to sell our tables in Russia , the CIS, and the near -abroad in the first year , by the end of 2
years of access to the markets of Europe and America) , direct sales , participation in tenders for public
procurement .
Operational management , methods of management of the company , the management system: It is supposed

The results of the project
After the analysis of PCD and a clear return on the investment horizon of the project for 6-10 months , our
financiers risks are minimized due to a clear understanding of the market sales through distributors
