Dutch actuary with lots of international work experience. Servaas studied econometrics in the Netherlands, and economics in Glasgow. He worked in the Dutch life insurance industry for the first 4 years of his career. Thereafter, he worked in Dublin for 2 years and London for 4 years. He currently heads the actuarial department of ENNIA in Willemstad, Curacao Besides actuarial, Servaas completed the CFA and FRM qualifications, and regularly writes on his blog, for CFA digest and (actuarial) magazines.
