JOB DESCRIPTION:
PM/BA - Analytics and Digital Marketing Requisition
This role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage requirements,
projects, and people with minimal guidance, manage stakeholder expectations, measure
project progress and success and present the results to technical and business audiences. The
position serves as a liaison between Business Units and IT and requires the ability to build and
maintain effective working partnerships with Business representatives.
Agile and non-Agile Project Management:
Provide management PM/ PMO support.
Perform PM functions necessary for online programs and delivery.
Manage all facets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget
and quality goals with minimal direction from senior staff and management. Provide technical
leadership and subject matter expertise.
Coordinate activities with multiple internal/external interfacing systems and 3rd party vendors
to deliver business solutions. Utilize project management tools to create/maintain project
charter and planning docs, work breakdown structures, dependency based schedules, tracking
logs, scope and risk management artifacts using MSWord, MS Project, Excel, VISIO, PowerPoint,
Clarity, Quality Center, and online collaboration tools.
Project Communications: Create, design, deliver and facilitate meeting agendas, meeting
minutes, status reports and stakeholder notifications.
Requirements Analysis and Benchmarking:
Responsible for all aspects of requirements, documentation and communication.
Provide approach and systems requirements/ specification document for IT teams to develop,
test, deploy and other functions.
Business value assessment, ROI calculation, rationalization and communication
Acts as IT liaison between business/ stakeholders and ESP IT (Development and QA).
Perform technical analysis activities including design and documentation of Business, System,
and functional related requirements. Perform gap analysis, identify and mitigate site
performance concerns, perform look and feel, usability, experience and functional assessment.
2. Perform internal and external benchmarking and work with business and agency teams to drive
best in class design.
Identify opportunities to deliver large projects in an iterative fashion and present those options
to the IT project team.
Data Analytics:Knowledge of data analytics tools used and new ones we should use.
Digital Marketing
Experienced in Analyzing SEO, Traffic analysis, Marketing Campaigns, Social Media Marketing,
Mobile Marketing.
Strong understanding of retargeting on multiple channels including web, mobile, social, media
and video.
Ability to write SQL queries with simple to medium complexity. Knowledge of Teradata is strong
plus.
Understanding of market segmentation by demographics and behavior
Good understanding of both outbound and inbound marketing.
Understanding of marketing cloud and marketing platforms. Experience in Adobe Marketing
Cloud, Salesforce or IBM Marketing platforms is a strong plus.
Good understanding of Multi-channel marketing automation and analytics platforms .
Understanding of Hubspot and Eloqua Platforms.
Release Support:Support Production Releases; create overall Release Implementations plan,
manage and track release issues to resolution, track project statuses, facilitate Release
meetings, update the Enterprise Portal with application status and facilitate the production
release.
