ROLE :
Overall responsibility of Product Development for DI/Rx/WT Series brand tractors of Sonalika
and look after the various aspects such as Product Planning Management, Product Strategy
Management, Market Research, Segmentation, Product positioning, Product Testing,
Performance Analysis, New Product Development, Product Launch, Sales Stock Preparation
(WBM, FAB),.
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
 Analyze the existing breadth and depth of the product line and the market segments to be
served.
 Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption
of the product and differentiating features.
 Own the responsibility of Product Management for New Product Development and Product
Training & Development.
 Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the
sales promotion tools that support the selling process.
 Work closely with sales team to develop marketing ATL/ BTL plans with advertising agency
for Product line for effective channel and product promotion strategies along with technical
support for making leaflets, websites, TVC, product guide & application guide.
 Field survey to know about customer requirements, application, customer’s requisition etc.
 Detection of new Agricultural Equipment to improve Farm Mechanization.
 Participation in Agri Fair Event as a technical support -
