Norkom is a Case/Alert Management tool used to work on the alerts generated in different scenarios on customer.
Norkom has built in SAR filing facility. This is globally used many financial institutions to fulfill the requirements of
regulators which includes Customer due diligence and risk assessment

CAMP (Customer Activity Monitoring Program):
CAMP is HSBC’s global monitoring system. CAMP has different thresholds to monitor customer activity with
respect to transactions, wire transfers and withdrawals. These activities categorized daily and monthly.

• Responsible for the Preparation of Estimation & Planning.
• Involved in the Preparation of Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Report & Defect Report, Defect Tracker,

SCDM (Security Compliance and Data Matching System):
SCDM screen customer data against watchlist overnight. Before screening Customer and watchlist data optimized
and clustered. If system finds a match generates an alert. Alerts will be investigated by investigators in different levels and
QA.
