Organizational change manager driving performance through projects focused on technology strategy, process redesign, 
and organizational realignment. Led rebuilding of Project Management Office capabilities, prioritization and assessing 
talent management needs to more effectively implement business and IT processes to eliminate operational inefficiencies 
yielding quick results in improved processing cycle times, higher quality metrics and decreased operating expenses. 
 As Head of Treasury Implementations & Client Service, led140 person organization supporting over 500,000 
Treasury clients with a department budget of $8.4MM supporting the Business Banking, Commercial, Corporate, 
Investment Bank, Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate lines of business 
o Accountable for all after-sales client processes from implementation to ongoing client relationship 
servicing including a range of technical help desk and support functions across 8 cities. Client segments 
included investment bank, corporate/middle market, commercial, business banking, not for profit and 
government entities 
o Architected and delivered an efficiency program including organizational redesign, creation of a 
technology enhancement program, business process re-engineering, role clarity definition and back office 
integration resulting in reduced cycle times of up to 25%, cancellation/rework reductions of over 20% and 
20% reduction in annual operating expense including elimination of my own position 
 Chosen to serve in interim management development role working with the Wholesale executive team to design 
and implement a baseline change management methodology across the division in support of a new corporate 
Change Management Center Of Excellence 
 Worked with the bank’s Commercial line of business to consolidate project management office teams responsible 
for execution of strategic technology initiatives, sales effectiveness, talent management, risk management, client

Vice President – Treasury Management Project Management Office 
Portfolio and project manager leading large technology and business process initiatives as well as leading organizational 
change management and client change readiness activities. 
 Led a team responsible for business process re-engineering across Treasury Services impacting Sales, Service, 
Implementations and back office Operations made up of teammates located in 6 US cities as well as London and 
Singapore. Projects included process redesign of the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) regulatory compliance as well as 
the implementation process for Treasury Management products to simplify processes and create consistency across 
the global footprint while maintaining country specific regulatory requirements. 
 Rebuilt and led the project management office team supporting the technology platform needs of the bank’s Treasury 
Management product set including a technology platform replacement across the global footprint resulting in an 
average 20-30% reduction in product implementation cycle time as well as deployment of standard metrics and 
reporting across lines of business. Participated in creation of a “Simple/Standard/Complex” product guideline to 
improve the sales and delivery process for clients. 
 Chosen to serve as business lead for the Treasury Management PMO during the execution phase of the bank’s two 
deposit systems. The Treasury Management program covered 814 individual projects and 1.5MM development hours 
to retire 156 legacy systems for an annual save of $250MM. The conversion impacted 250M clients across 6 
continents representing 486M accounts and $198B in balances. 
 As part of the Change Readiness Team, led design and preparation of both printed and Web-based communication 
packages and training plans to prepare external clients as well as internal teammates in Sales, Client Service and 
Implementations for changes to products and services resulting from technology, process and regulatory projects

Managed projects for the Treasury Management Operations area including technology enhancements, new product 
deployments and organizational restructuring. 
 Led the project management office support team for operations and technology providing consolidated reporting and 
governance tollgate compliance during SunTrust’s merger with National Commerce Financial 
 Managed a technology platform replacement project and migration of wholesale lockbox clients from manual 
processing to an automated environment. Stepped in as operations manager during this time and lead an initiative to 
realign the organization to support the target operating model 
 Led a project to complete a technology platform replacement across multiple lockbox sites including consolidating 
multiple legacy applications as well as simultaneous deployment of a new document imaging product offering
