when you go for a vacation in the Philippines.
This will save you time and remittance fees as
you only have to remit to one account then Fund
transfer the rest online. This can be done
anytime and anywhere as long as you're online.

4. BDO's Electronic Banking Services can be used to access your
bank accounts and do transactions through BDO ATM, BDO Internet
Banking, BDO Phone Banking, BDO Mobile Banking, and BDO Call
Center provided you request to specifically enroll these accounts.
Acquiring Access to BDO's Electronic Banking Service
To access your accounts through BDO's Electronic Banking Services,
you must have a valid ATM Personal Identification Number (PIN) for
BDO ATM, User ID and an online password for BDO Internet Banking,
Phone Banking ID and Telephone PIN for BDO Phone Banking, or
Mobile Banking PIN for BDO Mobile Banking.
6. How do I enroll in BDO Online Banking?
1. Go to www.bdo.com.ph.
2. Click “Online Banking Login” > “Enroll Now”.
3. Fill-out the Online Electronic Form and click “Submit”.
4. Take note of your ATM Activation Code found on the acknowledgment page. You will use this
for your enrollment activation.
5. Go to any BDO ATM. Using your ATM Debit Card, select “Other Services” > “Activate
Electronic Banking”, and enter your ATM Activation Code.
Note: You may use your BDO Electronic Banking account after 24 hours from ATM activation.

Select “Activate Electronic Banking”.
Enter ATM Activation Code then press “Confirm” button.
Choose receipt option.
Enter your PIN.

10. Step 1: Enroll Bills
1. Access your Internet Banking account at
www.mybdo.com.ph
2. Click the Add Company/Biller icon
3. Fill-out the Enrollment Details and
choose the Channels or electronic banking
services where you may want to pay your
bills in the future. Click Submit.
4. Click OK when the confirmation dialogue
box appears
Your Transaction Reference Number will appear
on the acknowledgment page. Payments can be
done immediately after enrollment.
11. Step 2: Pay Bills
1. Access your Internet Banking account at https://www.mybdo.com.
ph
2. Click the Pay Bills icon
3. Fill-out the Payment Details then choose your Payment Schedule.
Click Submit
4. Click OK when the confirmation dialogue box appears
Your Reference Number will appear on the acknowledgment page. This
serves as proof that you have successfully paid your bills. Keep this for
future reference.
12. BILLS PAYMENT - How will I know that my payment was
successful?

Number is displayed after every successful
transaction, which can be printed for
reference. In addition, the payments made
will appear on your Transaction History
screen so you can see when they were
posted.
13. FUND TRANSFER - What is Fund Transfer (Transfer Money)
Fund Transfer is transferring money from your own enrolled accounts (Savings and Current Accounts,
and BDO Cash Card) to any BDO Savings and Current Accounts. However, transferring to Another
Person’s account requires an enrollment.

14. FUND TRANSFER - Can I Transfer Money to Another Person’
s Accounts (Third Party Accounts)?
Yes. You may enroll up to 20 accounts belonging to
another person or third party accounts.
To Transfer Money to Another Person’s Accounts,
you must first enroll the account:

● Fill-out the information needed then click

● Activate your enrollment via any BDO ATM
using your BDO ATM Debit Card.
